The F.P. Journe Chronomètre à Résonance Ref. RQ in platinum represents one of the most technically advanced achievements in modern watchmaking. Its 42mm case houses a groundbreaking movement built on the principle of resonance, delivering exceptional chronometric performance.
The silvery guilloché dial features dual time displays with independent small seconds, arranged in perfect symmetry. Powered by a single mainspring barrel, the movement distributes energy to two escapements via a differential, enhancing stability and precision.
Driven by the manual-winding Caliber 1520, each gear train is equipped with its own remontoir d’égalité, ensuring constant force to both balances. This highly sophisticated construction places the Résonance among the most important and collectible timepieces in independent haute horlogerie.
