The Patek Philippe Grand Complications Ref. 5373P-001 is a highly distinctive execution of the perpetual calendar split-seconds chronograph, designed specifically for left-handed wear. Crafted in platinum, its 38.3mm case features a reversed layout with the crown and monopusher at 9 o’clock and the split-seconds pusher at 8 o’clock.
The charcoal gray dial, finished with vertical satin brushing and a subtle black-gradient rim, delivers a contemporary and sporty aesthetic. Applied gold numerals and red chronograph hands provide strong contrast and legibility, while the perpetual calendar indications are arranged with precision and balance.
Powered by the manual-winding Caliber CHR 27-525 PS Q, this timepiece houses one of the thinnest split-seconds chronograph movements with a perpetual calendar. Produced in limited quantities, it stands as one of the most technically advanced and unconventional Grand Complications in the modern Patek Philippe lineup.
